Contact us via our email  and we will have appropriate arrangement for you.

If the item is defective, contact us within 2 days. we must receive item within 7 days and we will exchange any defective merchandise for the same model and no refund will be issued.

Returned items must be in the original condition, not worn or altered and should be returned with all original documents. Shipping and insurance cost are non refundable. Your refund will be processed when your returned items are received. Thank you very much!
